Osmany García, a prominent Cuban composer and vocalist, became interested in music from a very young age and, with great effort, managed to begin performing at national festivals. By the time he was nearly twenty, he had won several awards in different categories, and from then on, he began his active career as a professional singer.

In 2001, he founded the Cristal Duo, in which he performs his own songs and also begins to merge Cuban music with international pop music.

Osmany García participated in the musical composition of several nationally and internationally broadcast youth programs that have been widely followed by Cuban youth. These include “Super 12,” “De mí pa ti,” “A Moverse,” and “Mezcla,” among others.

Over the years, this talented young man has gained popularity throughout Cuba, expanding his music through several national tours and placing several songs at the top of the charts on radio and television.

In 2005, she enjoyed great success with the song “Mujer,” which was used in promotional media campaigns for International Women’s and Mother’s Day. That same year, she also reached the top of the Cuban radio and TV charts with the song “Quien eres tú.”

Osmany García joined Paulo FG y su Elite in early 2006, performing on the most renowned stages across the country. He later participated in the Cali International Festival in Colombia, where he had the pleasure of sharing the stage with salsa singer Maelo Ruiz.

In 2008, he began to explore much more daring genres like reggaeton, a genre that also faces significant competition throughout the Caribbean island. Just a year later, his first album, “La Voz,” was released, based primarily on the reggaeton genre.

Osmany García is an artist with an impressive ability to interpret diverse genres, each with immense quality. Despite his young age, life has rewarded him and given him the joy of singing with illustrious figures of Cuban music, such as Charanga Habanera, Chucho Valdés, José Luis Cortés y NG, Manolito Simonet, Van Van, Tata Guines, Gente d’ Zona, and many others.
